Gym day 2

Thank goodness day 2 was easier then day 1!!

My knee wasn’t suffering today which really made things easier and gave my confidence a much needed boost.  So much so I thought I would attempt the step machine, usually my routine is just treadmill, bike and cross trainer but after 20 mins on the treadmill I felt so good I thought I would attack the step machine.

Well lets just say I lasted the grand total of 4 mins!!!

4 bloomin mins that nearly killed me I managed the equivalent of 10 flights of stairs but 4 mins is a bit lame.  Not to self……..improve on that.

I also go myself on the digital scales so I had an accurate idea of where I was starting.

So here is my stats

height 5ft6

weight 75.1kgs

bmi 26.9

So there we go the starting stats! now to smash them!
